Overview
Lead UNFPA’s gender and gender-based violence portfolio in Gaza across humanitarian, recovery and development programming. The specialist directs programme delivery and coordination, strengthens survivor services and referral systems, builds partner capacity and advances evidence, policy and resource mobilization.

Responsibilities
- Lead Gaza’s gender and gender-based violence programme portfolio
- Develop standards, referral pathways, case-management systems and cash assistance
- Coordinate gender and violence-prevention work across humanitarian mechanisms
- Build partner capacity for survivor-centred prevention and response
- Integrate gender-based violence with health, youth and psychosocial programmes
- Manage projects, grants, budgets, monitoring and reporting
- Analyze risks, data and field evidence for programme adaptation
- Develop advocacy, policy, knowledge and resource-mobilization products
Requirements
- Relevant master's degree
- Five years of progressively responsible humanitarian-programming experience
- At least three years of field experience in humanitarian or fragile contexts
- Complex-emergency programme development and management experience
- Fluency in English
