Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day implementation of the Women Leaders in Finance platform
- Coordinate global governance, high-level dialogues and regional forums
- Oversee leadership academies, mentoring and tailored learning programmes
- Produce policy, research and knowledge products on gender-responsive finance
- Build partnerships and develop proposals for resource mobilization
- Monitor results, risks, reporting and corrective actions
Requirements
- Advanced degree in economics, development economics, public policy, international development, gender studies or a closely related field, or a bachelor’s degree with additional qualifying experience
- At least seven years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or nine years with a bachelor’s degree in public or private finance or related fields
- Experience advancing women’s leadership in public or private finance
- Project management experience covering planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Excellent report writing and stakeholder-engagement experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
