Responsibilities
- Advise grantees on survivor-centred programme design and delivery
- Strengthen partner systems, safeguarding, governance and compliance
- Manage Africa grants across selection, implementation, revision and closure
- Review proposals, budgets, risk controls and monitoring frameworks
- Monitor portfolio performance, reports, missions and fiduciary risks
- Lead partner capacity development and institutional strengthening
- Generate portfolio analysis, learning and donor-reporting inputs
- Coordinate UN Women offices, civil society and regional stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant master's degree, or first degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of programme-management experience addressing violence against women
- Direct experience with civil-society and women’s organizations in Africa
- Programme design, monitoring, reporting and results-based management experience
- Fluency in English
