Responsibilities
- Conduct a participatory territorial diagnosis of care needs, services, gaps and local capacities
- Map public, community and private care providers and relevant territorial actors
- Design the technical and operational architecture, services and implementation routes for the care system
- Develop an intersectoral governance model with roles, coordination and participation mechanisms
- Build the financial structure, estimated costs, funding sources and sustainability options
- Assess fiscal and budget feasibility within Tumaco's territorial framework
- Draft the legal and administrative instruments needed to institutionalise the system
- Strengthen local capacity through technical assistance, validation and participatory design sessions
Requirements
- University degree in social sciences, economics, business administration, political science, law or a related field
- Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in gender issues and the care economy
- Fluency in Spanish
- Submission of the UN Women P11 form and personal identification in a single PDF file
