Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and lead the Mali country programme
- Manage the country office, workforce, budget and programme performance
- Lead enterprise risk, internal controls, audit follow-up and resilience
- Represent UN Women in the UN Country Team and national policy dialogue
- Build high-level government, civil-society and donor partnerships
- Lead resource mobilization, security and staff wellbeing
Requirements
- Master’s degree in development, economics, public policy or another social-science field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
- Ten years of international development experience combining strategic and managerial leadership
- International gender and women’s-programming experience
- Field experience leading multicultural teams
- Experience with risk management, internal controls and organizational risk
- Fluency in French and English
