Overview
Supports CCCM and emergency project delivery through implementation tracking, budget administration, data analysis and partner coordination. The role prepares reports and records, follows implementing-partner performance and helps organise meetings and training for migration and displacement programming.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation and monitoring of CCCM and emergency project activities
- Compile, analyse and present programme information and data
- Monitor project budgets, approvals and financial records
- Coordinate administrative actions with internal units and external partners
- Prepare status reports, correspondence, briefings and statistical materials
- Organise meetings, workshops, training sessions and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor implementing-partner work and report non-compliance
- Guide junior staff and support timely project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with three years of professional experience, or high school diploma with five years of professional experience
- Experience liaising with government authorities, international institutions, UN agencies and NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
- Spanish proficiency
