Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare an inception report, methodology and data-collection tools
- Review partner verification, protection-support and transfer processes
- Consult all eight INGO partners and review sample cases
- Map strengths, bottlenecks, risks and process-improvement opportunities
- Co-design and pilot an INGO assessment tool
- Develop protection guidelines and deliver partner capacity strengthening
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in human rights, gender studies, international relations, law or related field
- Experience assessing protection approaches and partner capacity
- Experience working with women human rights defenders, gender-based violence or protection programming
- Strong qualitative research, interview and analytical-report writing skills
- Fluency in English
