Job Description
Provides coordination support to UNFPA’s Gender and GBV programme in Myanmar. The Officer manages implementing partners, monitors delivery and protection risks, reviews workplans and data, supports GBV information-management and humanitarian coordination groups, develops proposals and donor materials, and works across programme, operations and field teams to ensure compliant interventions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support implementation of UNFPA Gender and GBV programming with implementing partners
- Conduct field monitoring and follow up protection risks and programme gaps
- Review partner workplans, progress reports and data submissions
- Develop GBV in emergencies fact sheets and coordinate impact documentation
- Support GBVIMS and Gender in Humanitarian Action working-group coordination
- Represent UNFPA in relevant inter-agency platforms
- Contribute to GBV concept notes, proposals, donor materials and budget inputs
- Support safeguarding and PSEA compliance
Role Requirements
- Degree in gender studies, development studies, international relations, social sciences or related field
- At least 3 years of experience
- English
