Job Description
Supports UNFPA Jordan’s humanitarian response for refugees and vulnerable populations by analysing needs, monitoring SRHR and GBV programmes, coordinating partners and producing decision-ready evidence. The volunteer links programme information, assessments and field engagement to strengthen service quality, referral pathways, reporting, advocacy and planning across camps and host communities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyse humanitarian trends, needs, vulnerabilities and risks affecting refugees and vulnerable populations
- Monitor UNFPA-supported SRHR and GBV interventions and identify implementation gaps
- Support needs assessments, data collection and analysis for programme planning
- Engage coordination mechanisms and partners across SRH, GBV, protection, health and camp management
- Prepare humanitarian updates, donor reports, proposals and briefing materials
- Consolidate programme indicators, risks and lessons learned for reporting and advocacy
Role Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience in humanitarian or development settings
- Experience in humanitarian programme monitoring, coordination, reporting, analysis and partner engagement
- Experience in SRHR, gender-based violence, protection or related humanitarian issues
- Excellent written and oral English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with UN agencies or donor-funded humanitarian programmes
- Experience in refugee-response settings and humanitarian coordination mechanisms
- Working knowledge of Arabic
- Experience in Jordan or the Middle East humanitarian context
