Programme Analyst, Gender

UNFPA seeks a Cuban Programme Analyst in Havana to lead a gender-based-violence response project. The analyst will coordinate pilot activities, strengthen survivor-centred services, build counterpart capacity, manage specialists and protocols, ensure results-based planning and donor reporting, systematize learning, coordinate advocacy, mobilize partnerships, and represent UNFPA.

• Coordinate activities in pilot municipalities
• Design gender and social-norm transformation strategies
• Strengthen survivor-centred response services
• Build capacity of national counterparts
• Coordinate specialists and multi-sector protocols
• Ensure results-based planning and reporting
• Systematize learning for national policy
• Coordinate advocacy and partnerships

• Master's degree in social sciences, law, public policy, public administration or related field focused on gender and gender-based violence
• Experience in gender and gender-based-violence project coordination or research
• Fluency in Spanish and working knowledge of English
