Job Description

UNFPA seeks a Cuban Programme Analyst in Havana to lead a gender-based-violence response project. The analyst will coordinate pilot activities, strengthen survivor-centred services, build counterpart capacity, manage specialists and protocols, ensure results-based planning and donor reporting, systematize learning, coordinate advocacy, mobilize partnerships, and represent UNFPA.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Systematize learning for national policy

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in social sciences, law, public policy, public administration or related field focused on gender and gender-based violence
  • Experience in gender and gender-based-violence project coordination or research
  • Fluency in Spanish and working knowledge of English

Desired Criteria

  • UN-system planning and reporting experience
