Job Description
Drives the MineTech Hub’s programme portfolio in Lusaka, coordinating startup support from pre-incubation through acceleration handover. The role oversees recruitment, cohort progress, mentoring, data and impact reporting, and partner delivery, helping mining-technology ventures access structured support, investment readiness and pan-African innovation networks.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-incubation, incubation and pre-acceleration activities and handovers to acceleration partners
- Manage intake of UniPod and UNLEASH ideas and prototypes into the hub pipeline
- Oversee startup recruitment, onboarding, progress tracking and evaluation
- Monitor startup traction, revenue, impact indicators and VIRAL advancement
- Lead onboarding and upskilling sessions for staff and programme partners
- Recruit, onboard and match mentors with startups
- Coordinate startup data, KPI reporting and the Annual Hub IMM Report
- Maintain relationships with incubators, universities, corporates, investors and development partners
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in programme management within innovation hubs, incubators, accelerators or entrepreneurship ecosystems, or a bachelor’s degree in the same areas with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Bachelor’s-degree applicants need at least two years of relevant programme-management experience in innovation hubs, incubators, accelerators or entrepreneurship ecosystems
- Fluency in English

- Familiarity with African innovation ecosystems and startup-financing models
- Experience with digital platforms for training, mentoring and community engagement
