Summary of Responsibilities
- Draft project proposals and support data collection, progress monitoring and reporting
- Facilitate donor-contribution, partnership and resource-mobilisation processes
- Develop communications materials and presentations for Joint Centre partners
- Organise webinars, side events and exhibitions
- Monitor expenditure, analyse variances and prepare financial analysis for management
- Coordinate travel and meeting plans within procedures and funding allocations
- Review documentation quality for the Joint Centre Director's Office
Role Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, finance, social science, international relations or a closely related field
- One year of relevant experience in budget and project planning, coordination, monitoring and outreach, including internationally
- Working knowledge of English and intermediate knowledge of another FAO official language
- Age 32 or younger on 31 December of the application year

- Experience across more than one location or work area, particularly in field positions
- Experience collecting and analysing technical or statistical data and preparing reports
- Experience in project development, implementation and reporting
- Experience in partnership development and resource mobilisation
- Analytical experience handling large datasets
