Job Description
Supports UNDP Cambodia’s programme teams with planning, project implementation, financial administration and quality assurance. Working across country-office portfolios, the post maintains programme information, budgets, transactions and documentation; tracks delivery and compliance; and helps teams, partners and projects apply UNDP procedures, controls and reporting requirements consistently.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support programme formulation, project planning and preparation of work plans, budgets and proposals
- Maintain planning, monitoring and reporting information across corporate and country-office systems
- Review expenditure reports, process programme requests and track budget revisions
- Record transactions and documentation in ERP and support delivery tracking
- Support project risk updates, closure activities, audits and assurance processes
- Help implement SOPs, internal controls and quality assurance for portfolios
- Support implementing partners with project management, procedures, monitoring and reporting
- Organise training and share evaluation lessons and programme practices
Role Requirements
- Secondary education, or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Public Administration
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in programme, project operations, administration and financial management with secondary education, or 4 years with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Khmer and English
- Cambodian nationals only
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting programme or project implementation, planning, monitoring, reporting and coordination
- Financial and administrative support experience including budgeting, tracking and transaction processing
- Data management, reporting and documentation-tracking experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in compliance, audit support and internal controls
- Experience with UNDP, the UN or international development organizations
