Overview
Support area-based recovery projects across four Ukrainian hubs through administration, logistics, finance, procurement and human-resources processes. The associate tracks workplans and reports, arranges travel and events, maintains records, supports recruitment and purchasing, and captures lessons and best practice.

Responsibilities
- Support daily project implementation and compliance with UNDP procedures
- Prepare background materials, minutes, correspondence and bilingual interpretation
- Arrange travel, meetings, events and project logistics
- Support financial management, procurement and work planning
- Prepare progress, donor, financial and audit reports
- Assist recruitment, vacancy and interview-panel processes
- Maintain leave, travel, partner and management records
- Organise project events and synthesize lessons learned
Requirements
- Secondary education plus seven years of administration or project-support experience, or bachelor degree in a relevant field plus four years
- Computer and office-software proficiency
- Fluent English and Ukrainian
