Overview

Support area-based recovery projects across four Ukrainian hubs through administration, logistics, finance, procurement and human-resources processes. The associate tracks workplans and reports, arranges travel and events, maintains records, supports recruitment and purchasing, and captures lessons and best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily project implementation and compliance with UNDP procedures
  • Prepare background materials, minutes, correspondence and bilingual interpretation
  • Arrange travel, meetings, events and project logistics
  • Support financial management, procurement and work planning
  • Prepare progress, donor, financial and audit reports
  • Assist recruitment, vacancy and interview-panel processes
  • Maintain leave, travel, partner and management records
  • Organise project events and synthesize lessons learned

Requirements

  • Secondary education plus seven years of administration or project-support experience, or bachelor degree in a relevant field plus four years
  • Computer and office-software proficiency
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian
  • National-position eligibility
