Overview
Support a regional programme protecting women migrant workers from violence, trafficking and exploitation. The associate manages budgets and transactions, coordinates events and travel, supports audits and donor inputs, and maintains programme data, reporting and knowledge products.

Responsibilities
- Prepare programme workplans, budgets, proposals and implementation documentation
- Guide offices and partners on routine delivery and financial reporting
- Prepare audit information and support recommendation follow-up
- Create projects and manage budgets, awards, vouchers and requisitions in Quantum
- Arrange meetings, workshops, missions and programme travel
- Prepare briefings, presentations and public information materials
- Support resource-mobilisation agreements and donor information
- Document lessons and organise programme and operations training
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Six years of relevant administration or programme-support experience with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor degree
- Experience using multiple office software packages
- Experience supporting a team
- Fluent English and Thai
