Responsibilities
- Coordinate gender-equality and violence-prevention programme activities
- Organize meetings, workshops, missions, travel and financial arrangements
- Prepare minutes, briefing materials, presentations and correspondence
- Maintain activity trackers and compile performance data
- Consolidate internal, donor and inter-agency reporting inputs
- Document achievements, lessons, good practices and stories of change
- Maintain filing, mailing lists and knowledge repositories
- Support procurement, scheduling and administrative documentation
Requirements
- Education in gender studies, development studies, social sciences, sociology or a related field; relevant diploma holders are considered
- Interest or experience in gender equality, women’s empowerment or ending violence against women and girls
- Programme coordination, administration, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
- English language ability
