Job Description
Leads planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning support for Danish Red Cross operations in Ukraine and Nepal. The role builds practical monitoring and reporting systems, guides programme teams and National Society partners, and turns assessments, portfolio evidence and community feedback into accountable, standards-based programme decisions and learning.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support programme design and proposal development with logframes, results frameworks and PMEAL methodologies
- Develop quality plans, indicators and monitoring systems that operationalise country theories of change
- Guide project teams on M&E plans, data sources, collection methods and Post-Distribution Monitoring
- Analyse monitoring data and present evidence through reports, dashboards and visualisations
- Lead the design and implementation of surveys, baseline and endline studies, reviews and evaluations
- Coordinate portfolio reporting timetables and ensure reports meet DRC standards and donor requirements
- Strengthen accountability to affected populations with National Society CEA colleagues and project managers
- Establish systems and forums for capturing and sharing operational learning
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in humanitarian or social sciences or other relevant education
- At least five years of professional experience in MEAL, grant writing or project management
- Experience leading data collection in humanitarian settings
- Experience writing analytical reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations
- Valid driving licence for light vehicles

- Experience with Core Humanitarian Standards, SPHERE standards and other humanitarian sector standards
