Job Description
Leads project quality assurance and performance management for IFRC programmes in Kinshasa. The senior officer coordinates finance, planning, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and accountability processes; manages specialist staff; and strengthens donor compliance, data quality and learning. The role supports National Societies and delegation teams to improve project delivery and results.
