Learning and Scaling Lead, Sierra Leone

Leads learning, scaling and evidence synthesis for an Education Outcomes Fund programme in Sierra Leone. The role translates implementation evidence into policy recommendations, strengthens government pathways for sustainability, and convenes partners to scale inclusive school-readiness and education interventions nationwide.

• Operationalize the sustainability learning agenda
• Synthesize implementation evidence and identify improvement opportunities
• Support government institutionalization and transition planning
• Analyze scaling potential, costs and financing options
• Facilitate learning forums and partner knowledge exchange
• Draft policy briefs, evidence syntheses and annual reports

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Education, Economics, Political Science or similar
• At least 7 years of education, skills, development or policy-programme experience
• Government and education-systems strengthening experience
• Fluent English

• Master's degree
• Innovative financing or outcomes-fund experience
• Analytical-report and policy-brief production experience
