Consultant - Online Learning and Education - Developer and Facilitator

Develops and facilitates UNITAR master's and postgraduate online courses, including learning materials, assessments and synchronous and asynchronous activities.

• Define learning objectives and structures for master's and postgraduate courses
• Develop course materials aligned with approved thematic areas
• Prepare formative and summative assessments at ISCED level 7
• Grade assessments using UNITAR and partner-institution frameworks
• Develop synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
• Integrate review comments and partner content into courses

• Holds at least a master's degree
• Has at least three years of academic experience
• Has experience developing and facilitating online learning at master's or postgraduate level
• Has experience with Moodle and learning-management systems
• Is fluent in English

• Relevant field experience is desirable
• Knowledge of another official United Nations language is desirable
