Summary of Responsibilities
- Operationalize the sustainability learning agenda
- Synthesize implementation evidence and identify improvement opportunities
- Support government institutionalization and transition planning
- Analyze scaling potential, costs and financing options
- Facilitate learning forums and partner knowledge exchange
- Draft policy briefs, evidence syntheses and annual reports
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Education, Economics, Political Science or similar
- At least 7 years of education, skills, development or policy-programme experience
- Government and education-systems strengthening experience
- Fluent English
Desired Criteria
- Master's degree
- Innovative financing or outcomes-fund experience
- Analytical-report and policy-brief production experience
