Job Description
Supports the Education Outcomes Fund’s monitoring, evaluation and learning work, helping design programmes, evaluation strategies and knowledge products. The intern researches methods and indicators, coordinates with partners and evaluators, and contributes evidence that strengthens education and skills outcomes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support evaluation strategy design and external-evaluator procurement
- Research evaluation methodologies, indicators and measurement tools
- Prepare MEL discussions with governments and programme partners
- Assist data collection, analysis and delivery tracking
- Develop knowledge products and learning materials
- Maintain evaluation documentation and data-protection records
Role Requirements
- Current or recent bachelor's, master's or PhD enrolment or completion
- Relevant degree in education, evaluation, economics, development studies, political science or international development
- Exposure to research, evaluation or education work
- Fluent English

- MEL framework familiarity
