Responsibilities
- Develop the programme monitoring and learning approach
- Establish outcome mapping and data analysis systems
- Integrate gender equality and social inclusion indicators
- Build partner capacity for culturally contextual Pacific MEL
- Conduct political economy analysis across Pacific countries
- Advocate Pacific MEL approaches in professional forums
Requirements
- Advanced relevant degree or a bachelor degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of experience with a master degree or seven years with a bachelor degree
- Experience developing MEL frameworks and actionable insights
- Experience building MEL capacity and working in the Pacific
- Fluency in English
