Coordinates Ebola readiness, preparedness and anticipatory action for IFRC and National Societies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and cluster countries. The officer supports contingency planning, early warning, training, community engagement and operational learning. The role strengthens preparedness, surveillance, infection prevention and accountable, community-centred emergency response.
