Senior Officer, Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER)

Implements and strengthens PMER systems for IFRC’s Ebola operation in Bunia, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The senior officer supports planning, monitoring, reporting, accountability and operational learning; provides technical assistance and builds capacity. The post strengthens evidence-based decisions, dashboards, data management and quality reporting across the humanitarian response.

• Implement the PMER framework for the operation
• Support accountability and monitoring evidence
• Develop dashboards and information systems
• Build PMER capacity and share operational learning

• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• At least five years of humanitarian or development experience
• Experience designing results-based planning, monitoring and reporting systems
• Fluency in English and French

• Knowledge of information-sharing tools
• Another IFRC official language
