Job Description
Leads stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation and knowledge-management processes for IUCN’s Thailand country programme. The officer builds indicators, data tools and learning systems for climate-resilience projects, coordinate partners, assess risks and performance, and produce reports and communications that meet donor standards while strengthening accountability and adaptive management.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop stakeholder-engagement plans for state and non-state participants
- Facilitate consultations, workshops and meetings to support participant engagement
- Develop indicators and reporting tools for donor and IUCN performance standards
- Coordinate data collection and analysis with project teams and partners
- Contribute to baseline measures, targets, progress reports and evidence-based communications
- Maintain risk-management tools and update the project risk register
- Support supervision missions with analyses of progress against indicators
Role Requirements
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental studies, biodiversity conservation, natural resource management, planning, management, social sciences, economics, public policy, business administration or a related subject
- At least 5 years of monitoring, evaluation and learning experience in conservation or development projects, programmes or portfolios
- Fluency in English and Thai
