Job Description
The Central Highlands Field Officer will deliver IUCN’s VN-ADAPT work in Dak Lak and Lam Dong, supporting nature-based agricultural adaptation and private-sector transformation. The role will coordinate field activities and partners, gather and verify evidence, and provide practical monitoring and reporting that keeps project delivery, safeguards and stakeholder engagement on track.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver VN-ADAPT field activities in Dak Lak and Lam Dong
- Coordinate local authorities, project stakeholders, consultants and technical experts
- Collect and verify field data and prepare mission, activity and progress reports
- Support training events and project monitoring, safeguards and risk-management requirements
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, forestry, natural resource management, agriculture or a related discipline
- At least five years of relevant project-implementation experience in sustainable agriculture, coffee systems, agroforestry or climate adaptation
- Working proficiency in spoken and written English
