Safeguards Analyst

The Safeguards Analyst supports ADB’s Office of Safeguards in Manila by administering technical assistance projects, monitoring work programmes and budgets, maintaining records and information systems, and coordinating consultant recruitment. The role supports safeguards business processes, portfolio monitoring and knowledge-management activities to ensure compliant, effective project delivery.

• Administer technical-assistance projects and monitor progress
• Coordinate stakeholders and resolve operational issues
• Maintain project records, data and information systems
• Support consultant recruitment, contracts and payments
• Coordinate missions, events and project logistics
• Support safeguards portfolio monitoring and knowledge management

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field
• At least five years of safeguards experience
• Knowledge of ADB safeguard policy and development-project social and environmental dimensions
• Proficiency in information-management systems and MS Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
