Summary of Responsibilities
- Review project documents, training objectives and participant needs
- Develop the training-of-trainers programme, methodology and knowledge-assessment tools
- Develop and deliver Russian-language technical sessions on renewable-energy integration
- Facilitate practical exercises and technical discussions
- Prepare a training package with presentations, handouts and technical materials
- Submit a final report with participant feedback, lessons learned and recommendations
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in energy engineering, renewable energy, power systems, electrical engineering or a related field
- At least seven years of professional experience in renewable energy, energy systems, grid-connected integration or power-sector development
- Experience designing, installing, operating, maintaining or integrating renewable-energy systems into electricity networks
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or training-of-trainers programmes
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Practical experience using Microsoft applications
Desired Criteria

- Prior participation in renewable-energy training or capacity-building activities in Central Asia
