Overview

Creates a roster of experts who may deliver monitoring, evaluation, implementation, change-management and facilitation assignments for WHO Africa. Selected consultants will produce assessments, methodologies, analytics and leadership products that strengthen performance and organisational learning.

Minimum Experience

Salary

USD 7,000–9,980 / monthly

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, reviews and programme audits
  • Develop methodologies, frameworks, standards and guidance
  • Create dashboards, scorecards and analytical products
  • Conduct implementation research, case studies and foresight exercises
  • Prepare strategic briefs and governance reports for leadership decisions
  • Support organisational change, transformation and special initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and provide coaching and mentoring

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree at master’s level or higher in a field relevant to the deliverables
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated record in at least one advertised expertise area
  • Experience with international organisations, governments, academia, NGOs or development partners
  • Strong analytical, report-writing and communication skills
  • Fluency in English or French
