Job Description
Leads strategic programme and project management for IUCN coastal and marine conservation work in the Maldives. The officer will guide donor-funded implementation, safeguards, partnerships and field delivery, develop plans and policy products, analyse environmental and operational evidence, and coordinate government, research, civil-society and community partners to advance sustainable coastal and marine management.

Summary of Responsibilities

Role Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of conservation or development experience
- Experience in donor-funded conservation and sustainable-development projects
- Fluency in English and Dhivehi
