Overview
UNDP seeks a Project Manager in Aden to lead an integrated portfolio spanning resilient livelihoods, local governance and climate-resilient agriculture, direct multi-donor delivery, budgets, procurement and risk management, supervise project teams, and build government and donor partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across the RESOLVE, LoGABD and SANABEL projects
- Manage workplans, budgets, procurement, contracts, delivery targets and donor compliance
- Supervise project personnel and resolve operational, programmatic, fiduciary and contextual risks
- Build partnerships with government, donors, UN agencies, civil society and private-sector stakeholders
- Oversee results-based monitoring, reporting, learning and knowledge products
- Integrate gender equality, inclusion, resilience and humanitarian-development-peace linkages across the portfolio
Requirements
- An advanced degree in economics, development studies, agricultural economics, business or public administration or a related field, or a relevant bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least seven years of relevant experience with a master's degree or nine years with a bachelor's degree
- Experience managing complex multi-donor projects in fragile, conflict-affected or crisis settings
- Experience in at least two listed thematic areas and in results-based management of programmes over EUR 5 million
