Responsibilities

  • Research energy-transition developments in Southeast Asia and prepare analytical updates
  • Analyse project and partner information and support implementation
  • Assist event preparation, procurement planning and project assurance tasks
  • Collect and process data for programme reports
  • Coordinate routine communication with project stakeholders
  • Record meeting minutes and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare briefings for meetings with programme partners
  • Support improvements to project-management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, current postgraduate enrolment, or completion of postgraduate studies within three years before the internship starts
  • Demonstrated desk-based research, analysis and concise presentation experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English
