Overview
UNDP seeks a Project Analyst in Bangkok to support a Green Climate Fund initiative on climate-resilient water management and agriculture, coordinate implementation and stakeholders, manage planning and monitoring, produce knowledge and communications products, and strengthen partnerships and advocacy.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of the climate-resilient water-management and agriculture project
- Support work planning, monitoring, reporting and results-based project management
- Provide technical and coordination support to national counterparts, implementing partners and responsible parties
- Document and disseminate lessons, best practices and project knowledge products
- Coordinate project communications, news, articles and stakeholder knowledge exchanges
- Develop partnerships, advocacy and inter-agency cooperation with government and external stakeholders
Requirements
- An advanced degree in international or sustainable development, environmental management, climate change, environmental engineering or a related field, or a relevant bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
- At least two years of relevant development experience with a master's degree or four years with a bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated project-management and complex stakeholder-coordination experience
- Experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia with direct government and public-organization engagement
