Field Coordinator

Coordinate field implementation of UNDP Türkiye zero-waste programming by tracking workplans, supporting city pilots and private-sector engagement, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, monitoring safeguards and risks, and documenting results and lessons for project management.

Department: Climate Change and Environment Portfolio

• Coordinate field implementation of zero-waste project activities
• Track assigned activities against approved workplans
• Support procurement documentation, reporting and safeguards
• Maintain collaboration among partners and donors
• Monitor plans, risks, deviations and corrective actions
• Capture lessons and support project evaluations

• Advanced relevant degree or a bachelor degree with two additional years of experience
• At least two years of experience with a master degree or four years with a bachelor degree
• Experience in project cycle management
• Experience in a climate, environment or chemicals and waste project
• Fluency in Turkish and English

• Office-based regular assignment expected to start in September 2026
