Responsibilities
- Lead the national Small Grants Programme strategy, work planning and results delivery
- Manage community-based environmental grant cycles, resources, monitoring and reporting
- Support the National Steering Committee's governance, review and decision processes
- Build partnerships with government, civil society, communities, donors and other programmes
- Mobilize co-financing and strengthen visibility, advocacy and knowledge sharing
- Supervise or coordinate programme support staff and maintain compliant operations
Requirements
- An advanced degree in environmental or natural-resource management, economics, public policy, law, environmental economics, business administration or a related field, or a relevant bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
- No professional experience is required with a relevant master's degree; at least two years is required with a bachelor's degree
- Computer, office-software and web-based management-system experience
- Fluency in English and Montenegrin
