Responsibilities

  • Lead the national Small Grants Programme strategy, work planning and results delivery
  • Manage community-based environmental grant cycles, resources, monitoring and reporting
  • Support the National Steering Committee's governance, review and decision processes
  • Build partnerships with government, civil society, communities, donors and other programmes
  • Mobilize co-financing and strengthen visibility, advocacy and knowledge sharing
  • Supervise or coordinate programme support staff and maintain compliant operations

Requirements

  • An advanced degree in environmental or natural-resource management, economics, public policy, law, environmental economics, business administration or a related field, or a relevant bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
  • No professional experience is required with a relevant master's degree; at least two years is required with a bachelor's degree
  • Computer, office-software and web-based management-system experience
  • Fluency in English and Montenegrin
