Overview
Manage nature, climate and energy projects in Cambodia from design through implementation, budgeting and monitoring. The analyst coordinates government, donors and communities, develops funding proposals and partnerships, advises on policy and portfolio priorities, and supervises assigned project personnel.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to country programme strategies, policies and project proposals
- Design and manage projects across the full programming cycle
- Plan budgets, monitor delivery and track financial resources
- Coordinate implementing partners, government, donors and communities
- Conduct project, grant and budget reviews and reporting
- Develop partnerships and identify resource-mobilisation opportunities
- Provide policy advice and synthesize lessons and good practice
- Supervise assigned project personnel and coordinate daily implementation
Requirements
- Master degree in science, natural-resource management, biodiversity conservation, environmental science, sustainable development or related field plus two years of experience, or bachelor degree plus four years
- Professional experience in climate change, environment, project management or a related field
- Computer, office-software, spreadsheet and database proficiency
- Fluent English
- Eligibility under UNDP Tier 0, 1 or 2
