Summary of Responsibilities
- Support project implementation, workplanning, budget monitoring and quality checks
- Supervise project staff, advisers, specialists and delivery partners
- Oversee circular-economy technologies, procurement and local-government delivery
- Track indicators, risks, performance and corrective actions across participating LGUs
- Build partnerships with government, private-sector and civil-society stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, policy products, briefings and knowledge outputs
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in an environmental, engineering, economics, industrial ecology or sustainable-development field, or bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
- At least seven years of relevant experience with a master's degree or nine years with a bachelor's degree
- Experience managing teams, large development-project delivery and circular-economy technical leadership
- Fluency in English and Filipino
Desired Criteria
- Senior project-management experience with Philippine local and national governments
- Senior circular-economy or green-economy management experience
- Project management experience with international, UN or EU organisations
