Project Management Specialist

Deputises for the Project Manager on UNDP Philippines’ Green Economy Partnership, coordinating circular-economy delivery, local-government engagement, technical procurement, partner collaboration and reporting to advance resource recovery, sustainable investment and inclusive local implementation.

• Support project implementation, workplanning, budget monitoring and quality checks
• Supervise project staff, advisers, specialists and delivery partners
• Oversee circular-economy technologies, procurement and local-government delivery
• Track indicators, risks, performance and corrective actions across participating LGUs
• Build partnerships with government, private-sector and civil-society stakeholders
• Prepare project reports, policy products, briefings and knowledge outputs

• Master's degree in an environmental, engineering, economics, industrial ecology or sustainable-development field, or bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• At least seven years of relevant experience with a master's degree or nine years with a bachelor's degree
• Experience managing teams, large development-project delivery and circular-economy technical leadership
• Fluency in English and Filipino

• Senior project-management experience with Philippine local and national governments
• Senior circular-economy or green-economy management experience
• Project management experience with international, UN or EU organisations
