- Assess programme results, relevance, coherence and sustainability
- Review disability-inclusion evidence and CRPD alignment

- Ensure accessible inclusive data-collection tools and sessions
- Engage ministries, UN partners and organizations of persons with disabilities
- Deliver inception, interim and final review reports
