• University degree in laboratory medicine, laboratory sciences, microbiology, pathology, molecular biology, infectious diseases, epidemiology, public health or global health
• At least five years in laboratory diagnostics or public-health laboratories
• English

• Advanced degree or training in public health, epidemiology, infectious diseases or microbiology
• Previous work experience in Asia is an asset
