Summary of Responsibilities

  • Analyse immunization coverage, surveillance indicators and supply data
  • Support microplanning, surveillance, vaccine management and supportive supervision
  • Convene health authorities, facilities, communities and partners to resolve gaps
  • Build provincial health-officer capacity through coaching and learning
  • Analyse primary-health-care gaps and support district and outreach planning
  • Promote integrated delivery for maternal health, nutrition, TB, HIV and malaria
  • Track service improvements and share provincial learning

Role Requirements

  • First-level university degree in medicine, public health, nursing or related field
  • Experience supporting public health programmes at provincial or district level

Desired Criteria

  • Postgraduate qualification in public health, health management, epidemiology, health systems, development studies or a related health discipline
  • Recently completed bachelor’s degree with leadership in health activities
  • Three years of public health, community health or development-programme experience
