Summary of Responsibilities
- Review scorecard guidance and country documents
- Develop inception methodology and data-collection instruments
- Orient UNCT and Inter-Agency Assessment Team members
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and performance scoring
- Draft Scorecard report and action plan
- Finalize SWAP online-platform inputs
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of UNCT-SWAP Gender Equality Scorecard methodology
- Gender-mainstreaming analysis experience
- English fluency
Desired Criteria
- UNSDCF or UNCT assessment experience
- CEDAW-related reporting experience
