Summary of Responsibilities
- Adapt gender-equality training modules for target groups
- Conduct trainings and awareness-raising activities across Georgia
- Deliver training-of-trainers sessions
- Design pre- and post-training assessments
- Analyse learning outcomes and prepare final reports
- Produce policy analysis and knowledge products on gender equality
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in gender or women's studies, human rights, sociology, law, international development or a related field
- Relevant work experience on gender equality and women's empowerment
- Experience designing and facilitating training
- Strong analytical and policy-analysis skills
- Fluency in Georgian and English
