Provides the OSCE Secretariat with senior policy and technical advice on gender equality, supporting mainstreaming across programmes, institutions and participating States. The adviser develops analysis and guidance, coordinates stakeholders, advances gender-responsive planning and reporting, promotes compliance with OSCE commitments and helps translate political priorities into practica

• Provide policy and technical advice on gender equality
• Develop guidance and analysis for gender mainstreaming
• Coordinate institutional and external stakeholders
• Support gender-responsive planning and reporting
• Promote implementation of OSCE gender commitments

• Advanced university degree in gender studies, social sciences, international relations or related field
• Extensive relevant professional experience in gender equality and policy work
• Professional fluency in English
