Job Description
IOM seeks a Project Assistant for information management and reporting in Quibdó. The incumbent implements the monitoring strategy, follows activities, achievements and indicators, and produces monitoring tools and narrative and quantitative reports. The post safeguards project databases and verification records, gathers field data, and coordinates logistics for monitoring training and workshops.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement operational elements of the mission’s unified monitoring strategy
- Ensure appropriate use of territorial monitoring tools
- Review and consolidate data for reporting products
- Develop inputs for donor-compliant project reports
- Manage project monitoring tools, documents and verification records for information traceability
- Plan logistics for project meetings, workshops and training sessions
Role Requirements
- High school diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a related bachelor’s degree with three years
- Experience supporting territorial monitoring activities
- Experience in information collection, analysis and reporting
- Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written
- Advanced Microsoft Office, statistics, database-management and statistical-software skills
