Job Description

Supports WFP disaster-risk and climate-change programming in San Juan de la Maguana through field monitoring of food and non-food assistance. The auxiliary verifies distributions, maintains movement and programme records, collects data for programme reviews, gathers partner and beneficiary feedback, and prepares field-mission reports to support transparent, community-responsive delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Verify planned movements and distributions of food or non-food items
  • Maintain monitoring plans, movement records and programme checklists
  • Collect assistance-programme data to support reviews and decisions
  • Gather feedback from cooperating partners and beneficiaries
  • Prepare field-mission reports documenting programme implementation
  • Guide partners on WFP monitoring practices and tools

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school education
  • Four years of demonstrated work experience in similar activities
  • Fluency in Spanish (Level C)

Desired Criteria

  • Experience analysing programme output and outcome data
  • General knowledge of WFP monitoring and evaluation systems and standards
  • Working-level English for reading WFP materials and policies
