Delivers evidence-based monitoring assistant support for WFP, combining technical analysis, operational coordination and stakeholder engagement to improve accountable delivery. The role applies relevant systems, data and professional judgement to plan work, monitor results, manage risks and produce reliable information that informs timely decisions and strengthens services for the people and partners the organisation supports.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate monitoring assistant work within the assigned operational area
  • Collect, analyse and maintain accurate information for management follow-up
  • Prepare evidence-based reports, updates and recommendations for relevant decisions
  • Work with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to resolve operational issues
  • Apply organisational procedures, controls and quality standards to assigned outputs
