Overview

WFP seeks a Programme Associate for monitoring and evaluation in Yerevan to coordinate country-office monitoring, verify programme delivery, analyse and visualize data, produce reports and dashboards, advance gender and disability inclusion, and strengthen government and partner monitoring capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate country-office monitoring activities and provide technical monitoring expertise
  • Collect, verify, consolidate and analyse programme data for operational decisions
  • Review assistance quality and quantity and escalate discrepancies for resolution
  • Produce reports, dashboards and briefs and maintain compliant monitoring records
  • Serve as focal point for gender and disability inclusion actions
  • Build government, partner and programme-team capacity in monitoring and accountability

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education and a post-secondary certificate in a related functional area
  • At least six years of progressively responsible database-management, statistical-analysis, visualization and design experience
  • Experience monitoring and researching agricultural projects
  • Fluent Armenian and highly competent spoken and written English
