Data Analysis Consultant

Analyses Indian education datasets to generate disaggregated evidence for national and state planning. The consultant produces reports, knowledge products and interactive Power BI dashboards that strengthen budgeting, monitoring, policy dialogue and decisions for marginalised children.

• Analyse large administrative and household-survey datasets for education planning
• Integrate and disaggregate evidence for national and state decision-making
• Produce analytical reports, briefs, presentations and knowledge products
• Design interactive Power BI dashboards and data visualisations
• Translate quantitative findings into clear policy and programme insights
• Support evidence-based budgeting, monitoring and policy dialogue

• Master’s degree in demography, statistics, population studies, education or another relevant social-science field
• At least ten years of professional experience in data analysis, monitoring, research and evaluation in the social sector
• Experience analysing large administrative and household-survey datasets
• Advanced SPSS, Stata, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Power BI dashboard-development experience
• English
