Job Description
Coordinates IOM Dublin's Resettlement and Family Reunification Unit, leading project implementation and financial, administrative and technical oversight. The role tracks migration and resettlement developments, liaises with authorities and partners, develops reports and operational guidance, and builds staff capacity so movement-management activities meet IOM and donor requirements.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementation of resettlement and family-reunification project activities
- Analyse implementation difficulties and adjust work plans to respond to field changes
- Monitor expenditures, verify funding availability and maintain approved project-budget records
- Coordinate project financial, administrative and technical delivery in line with IOM policies and donor requirements
- Build capacity through workshops for internal and external parties and supervise reporting staff
- Liaise with authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, donors and partners and prepare reports, briefings, SOPs and concept papers
Role Requirements
- High School diploma with seven years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields with five years
- Fluency in English
- Valid residence and work permit in Ireland
Desired Criteria
- Experience with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and vulnerable groups
- Experience with international humanitarian, non-governmental or government institutions
- Knowledge of Movement Operations SOPs and movement-related systems
